Buenavista Golf

Buenavista Golf, an 18 holes course, that was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and opened in October 2003, is located in the extreme north-west of Tenerife, very close to the impressive mountain range of Teno and surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. It invites to play alongside the ocean, in holes in which, sometimes, the player has a feeling of hitting the ball towards the sea. In the first round, the most demanding holes are the par-4, and the second the par 3's that require more precision, particularly on 15 and 17, both at the edge of the cliff. Buenavista Golf is a clear example of a respectful golf course embedded in its natural environment. Taking advantage of combining its spectacular views and micro-reserves of endemic Canarian flora and fauna. Through our commitment with the environment, the course has obtained the quality certificate and environmental management of all resources, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 acknowledged by TÜV, and has been awarded with the "Prize Madera Verde 2006".
